Business Representative
I began my Teamster career at FritoLay in July of 1998, where I worked as a Route Sales Representative for over 25 years. In 2010 I decided that I wanted to play a more active role in the decisions that shaped my, and my co-workers’ future so I chose to become a Shop Steward. In my 14 years as a Steward, I served on 5 contract negotiating committees and eventually was promoted to Chief Steward. I was also honored to serve on the Budget, Political Education, and Fair Elections Committees for Teamsters Local 688. I enjoyed my time serving on those committees until April 2024 when I started my current role as a Business Representative for Local 688.
